Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate email with tracking information when your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States.

Standard Shipping: $8
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment

Free Standard Shipping:
Available on orders of $70 or more after discounts and before shipping charges.

Express Shipping: $15
Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days after shipment

Delivery estimates do not include order processing time. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at support.milume.co@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows an issue with delivery, contact us at support.milume.co@gmail.com with your order number and any relevant photos. We will review the issue and help determine the appropriate next step.
